DESCRIPTION:Due to flooding and inclement weather\, the CSC monthly meeting scheduled on November 16\, 2023\, was postponed until December 8\, 2023\, at 9:30am. \nZoom Link \nRevised 2023 November Council Packet \nCouncil Minutes December 8 2023 \nThe above packet link is an updated CSC November meeting information packet for the November 16th meeting that was postponed until December 8th.  This updated packet contains revised Budget Amendments and Preliminary Financial Statements for Fiscal Year Ending September 30th\, which is Item X.c. (Tab R) in the meeting information packet. Everything else remains the same. \nIn the revised Financials\, we reclassified certain prior year (FY22) revenue and expenditures\, resulting in an increase of $1\,275.94 in total revenues and a corresponding increase of $1\,275.94 in total expenditures. Total revenues were previously stated as $113\,137\,840.10\, but now $113\,139\,116.04. Total expenditures\, previously stated as $105\,073\,671.77\, is now $105\,074\,947.741.   The net effect of the reclassifications is zero. Therefore\, there was no change to the overall fund balance\, i.e.\, no difference to the bottom line.
